Meg Fleming
President
Meg Fleming is currently the President of SymQuest, and is based in our South Burlington, VT and Westbrook, Maine dual headquarters. Prior to her appointment as President, Fleming served in various positions within the company including: Client Support Manager, Service Manager, Director of Service, Regional Director of Sales, and Chief Operating Officer. Fleming has a demonstrated ability to recruit and develop top talent, and has developed many of SymQuest’s existing employee’s into their current positions. Fleming’s leadership skills enable her to manage and coordinate teams to accomplish SymQuest’s strategic mission.
When Fleming is not leading at SymQuest, she is involved in service and believes in giving back to the community. Fleming has previously held positions as Board Member for the St. Michael’s College Alumni Association, Board Member for the Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains, and acting Co-Chair of the Cambridge Conservation Commission – among other service activities.
Fleming is responsible for leading Northern New England’s #1 office technology provider, and oversees SymQuest’s Executive Team. Together Fleming and the Executive Team lead all departments throughout SymQuest’s nine office locations. Fleming received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from St. Michael’s College in Colchester, Vt., and successfully completed Leadership Champlain, Northern Vermont’s premier leadership training program supported by the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Kevin Davis
Vice President - Customer Experience
Kevin Davis is currently the Vice President of Customer Experience for SymQuest, and is based in the South Burlington, VT and West Lebanon, NH office locations. Davis is responsible for the network support teams at SymQuest including the Network Operations Center, Field Support Team, Technical Account Managers, Professional Services Team, Internal IT Team, and SymQuest’s Strategic Account Management Team.
Davis started with SymQuest in April of 2007 as an Incident Response Engineer. His love for customer service and technology quickly led him through various engineering positions where his passion for process improvement and motivating team members advanced him to management positions with increasing responsibilities leading to his present role as Vice President of Customer Experience and appointment to SymQuest’s Executive Management Team. Kevin holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration and many industry certifications.

Ken Godzik
Vice President - Document Solutions
Ken Godzik is currently the Area Vice President of Document Solutions at SymQuest, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A., Inc. Godzik is responsible for driving equipment and solution sales through his team of twenty-three sales professionals from Bangor, Maine to Watertown, NY. Godzik is well versed and passionate in coaching, developing and building teams that are focused on improving quality, gaining efficiency, and reducing costs for SymQuest’s clients.
Godzik earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Castleton University in 1988. Godzik started his career in Business technology with RG Landry Office Products in 1991, and worked for twelve years for IKON Office Solutions in sales and sales management prior to coming to SymQuest.
In his spare time, Godzik enjoys playing golf, doing yard work, following the Red Sox and Patriots and spending time with his new grandson, Jack Godzik. Godzik also has close ties to the Rutland, VT business community through his past involvement with the Rutland Region Chamber of Commerce and the Rutland City Rotary Club. Godzik has also been involved with the Copier Dealer Association.

Brad McElveen
Vice President - Service and Operations
Brad McElveen is the Director of Operations at SymQuest, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A., Inc. McElveen is responsible for safety and compliance, facility management, and the implementation of solutions, including overseeing the Purchasing, Inventory, Document Project Coordination, Equipment Setup, and Warehouse & Logistics teams.
McElveen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Resources Management from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He began his career in Logistics and Operations management with FedEx in 1996 and was a Senior Manager there for nine years prior to coming to SymQuest.
In his spare time, McElveen enjoys playing and watching sports, snowmobiling, working out, and being outside.
